  superrr rude cashier yesterday afternoon i work food service rn too and was coming from that job so i really do try to understand!! but she was rolling her eyes at me and giving me a lot of attitude and eventually tossed my food on the counter when it was ready and signaling me to come get it which was missing stuff too. god forbid someone pays $15 for food and is confused when they are told they cant make it when it was marked ready for pickup

  This is by far the worst chipotle i’ve been to. I understand they are busy but it has been 4 times they have been out of steak,hard shell tacos and SOUR cream. Maybe one time is okay but they really need to plan for the customers. So disappointing they need to fix this and maybe hire new staff and definitely new managers.

  Completely disrespectful experience today. The cashier at the register bagged and handed off orders for every other customer in line. When I stepped up, she shoved the foil and bag across the counter and started attending the next customer indirectly asking me to do it myself. Being treated differently from everyone else in line is appalling. I won't be returning, loved the food, hate the differential treatment.

  All of their lettuce was brown. I hate a terrible experience at this location today at 9:30 pm. All of the lettuce was brown. The people working there said it was the only lettuce that they had. I can’t understand why they would be selling old lettuce. It would have made more sense to say you didn’t have any at all. The worker there offered to pick out green pieces for me but the majority of the bin was brown. That’s gross and I won’t be returning.

  This is not the first time something weird has happened at this Chipotle location. Today, I ordered a bowl with barbacoa to go. When I got home, took two bites, and then noticed a huge piece of paper in my bowl. I honestly didn’t want to go back and make a whole scene about it, but finding a piece of paper in my food was incredibly disgusting and unacceptable. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had at this location. A couple of months ago, I ordered two burritos. one for me and one for my boyfriend. Mine was the smallest burrito I had ever received, while his was a completely normal size. I order the same thing all the time, and my burritos are normally a regular size, so this was very noticeable and sad. I even mentioned while my burrito was being made that it looked unusually small and asked if anything could be done about it, but nothing was done until checkout. On top of that, the employee serving me was giving me attitude and rolling her eyes throughout the interaction. I don’t believe she works there anymore, or at least I haven’t seen her recently, thankfully. I understand that mistakes happen, but having repeated issues at the same location is really disappointing. Especially finding a huge piece of paper in my food… It was really unpleasant.
