I ran into a problem with my order and the staff refused to help me. I didn’t get her name but the girl “assisting me,” attending to white patrons only apparently. It was a very disheartening and weird experience. I’ve never been treated in such a manner at any Chipotle. The place is dirty, the staff is rude, overall terrible time

There was a wait for beans and chicken, ordered 2 small sodas only to find that the only options for soda were Fanta or root beer. Nothing else was working. When we asked about it was told it ‘would be fixed shortly’. It wasn’t. The floor was absolutely filthy as was the table we were sitting at. Garbage overflowing.

The store was dirty, the staff seemed to be putting in the absolute minimum effort, and my food was left sitting about two feet away on a grubby counter, as if customers are expected to perform a stretching exercise just to collect it after paying. I’ve now seen this happen twice in a week. A clean counter and handing food directly to customers doesn’t seem like too much to ask. That’s enough for me—I’m moving on from Chipotle.

The lobby was absolute trash, with 6 employees behind the counter during a slower time. It was crazy the disrespect the crew had, and how dirty this chipotle was. Definitely wouldnt recommend this location.

From rice, to sofritas to cheese everything artificial and weirdly bad. Also their new employees have no idea in food management or may have not received the training as they serve the non veg food and keep touching the vegetarian ladles on non veg food creating cross contamination. Please this is concerning and kindling look into it.
