The other 4-staff was pretending to clean and one was just on the phone. Manager standing by the end of counter and complaining that someone called off instead of engaging the rest of her employees to help out the long line. After waiting 25 minutes, and got to order, half of the line was empty of items. Paid almost $17 with a bowl missing most items and dry rice. What’s happening Chipotle with the quality and service in Michigan Ave???

About 20 kids from Muchin College Prep were being disruptive and inconsiderate to other people in the restaurant trying to order. They were cutting the line and roughhousing amidst bystanders. Separately, my burrito was very poorly made with half the ingredients not actually making its way into the burrito not getting my money's worth. Then, the burrito wasn't even wrapped correctly to keep what food actually did make its way into the burrito.
