  Weekly customer. Staff are always rude. Today an employee (pink braids in hair) denied a mom and child the restroom, spilled my vinaigrette, refused to replace it, and ignored my request for a manager. VERY DISAPPOINTING ! Makes me not want to visit this chipotle ever again.

  This is my fourth time visiting this location, and unfortunately, each visit has been disappointing. I don’t usually have negative experiences at Chipotle locations but this one has consistently had some of the worst customer service I’ve encountered. Todays visit was by far the most unpleasant. From the moment I started placing my order, the employee assisting me had a rude and dismissive attitude. I wish I had asked for his name, but the issue wasn’t limited to just one employee. The cashier also behaved in an equally unprofessional manner. I rarely take the time to write feedback but I felt this experience needed to be reported in hopes that it leads to improvement. Throughout the ordering process, the employees were not polite or attentive. They appeared more interested in doing other things than listening to customers, and I noticed they treated other customers in a similar way. The most upsetting part happened when I was checking out. I asked a simple question to confirm whether the total was correct because I usually pay a different amount for my order. Instead of answering professionally, both employees laughed and responded in a sarcastic and disrespectful manner, making me feel as though I was foolish for asking a simple question. When I explained that I only wanted to confirm the price, they continued laughing, shaking their heads, and making unnecessary sarcastic remarks as I was leaving. No customer should be made to feel embarrassed or disrespected for asking a reasonable question. Customer service should be welcoming, respectful, and professional regardless of how busy the restaurant may be. I sincerely hope that the store manager or someone in upper management takes this complaint seriously, reviews what happened and provides the appropriate coaching or training to the staff. This location has consistently provided poor customer service and I hope meaningful changes are made so future customers have a much better experience. This experience completely ruined my afternoon and I left feeling disappointed and disrespected.

  I walked in excited to get my kids build your own tacos. The employee making it was so kind and sweet she even let me sample the new honey chicken. But things went south when it came time to pay. The female Latina red headed employee at the front was so incredible rude and unprofessional. I was deeply upset. First, she man handled my food and basically threw my plate down. Then she proceeded to ask if i wanted anyhting else and i did not so i paid and asked for my drink and chips that COME WITH the meal as any person who has ever been to a chipotle would know expect this lady did not. She proceeded to give me attitude and say “so thats not all you wanted 🙄.” I told her that it comes with it and she begrudgingly said “fine 🙄.” I cannot believe that I had to inform this employee in chipotle’s policies. Based off the kind woman who made the food for me, I know the problem lies in the red headed’s attitude and SHE is a problem.

  Filthy, poorly trained staff. Tried to give me old rice and a very small protein portion. The manager here should be fired. The grubbiest chipotle i have ever been to. I decided to leave instead of eat this slop.
