- ZZZoya3 days ago1.0This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. When a customer specifically says they do not eat meat and orders a vegetarian meal, the staff needs to be much more careful, especially because people may have dietary restrictions, allergies, or religious reasons for avoiding certain foods. I ordered a veggie bowl, but the employee used the same gloves while handling both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. While preparing another customer’s chicken order, some chicken fell down, and she picked it up and threw it away. Immediately afterward, when it was my turn, she continued using the same gloves to prepare my vegetarian bowl. This is completely unacceptable. If a customer clearly asks for a vegetarian meal, basic precautions should be taken to avoid cross-contamination. Staff should change their gloves before handling vegetarian food. I was extremely disappointed with this experience and hope the management takes this seriously.

Nobody pays attention that a slippery floor is a risk for customers. There are no options for customers that don’t like spicy food, everything has jalapeños. We ordered 3 burritos and throw them away as all ingredients were spicy. I don’t recommend Chipotle and urge owners to comply for laws and regulations
