The ladies working there should have took off their hats and clocked out because the attitudes they had were disgusting. The first lady making my bf bowl hardly said a word and just rushed through it. She then slides the SINGLE bowl down the line and walks back down to start another order. No wait right here no nothing she just left.Her The lady that eventually comes to ring us out was RUDE AS ... !! My bf asked for vingarette she had the NERVE to say " I don't think we have any" MIND YOU I SEEN IT !! I told her kindly that I see a FULL BATCH at the beginning of the line she then huffs and puffs goes and get it... JUST HORRIBLE!

The dining area was clean, but the food station was dirty and looked like it hadn't been maintained. The employees were rude, lazy, and acted like helping customers was a problem. I asked for vinaigrette, and instead of taking a few steps to check, they acted like they didn't have any. The food quality was terrible. Nothing looked fresh, and the overall experience was nowhere near the standard I've come to expect from Chipotle. I don't usually leave bad reviews, but this location earned it. Between the poor customer service, dirty food line, and low quality food.

So, you stand in line for 15 min, just to get to the counter and they state that chicken will take another 15 min. Then they're 'stingy' with the portions, even if you are being charged extra! Several have attitudes as well for no apparent reason.
