- EGElizabeth gomezJun 4, 20261.0the young black girl who was making my food was so rude, she clearly had some issues going on, I told her I wanted chicken multiple times yet she kept saying “huh” over and over again. Maybe she has some issues mentally or I’m not sure but she did look very crazy and her hair was everywhere. She was just rude to the customers but when she asked her friend Melissa for some water her attitude changed very nice. I hope she gets the help so needs very much.

I asked if the place was super busy prior to as if why all of the dirt and food spilled all over the counter and instead of him answering politely, he said to me well “we are about to close. What do you expect” mind you it was 9:20 PM they close at 11 PM. As someone who works in customer service I could understand if he said “yeah we just had a rush I apologize we are getting cleaned right now” but instead he says “what do you want me to do about it” ….perhaps clean it up because there’s black beans inside of the white rice. there’s honey chicken inside of the steak. I did tip the cashier $20 and I paid for the young girls bowl behind me since I didn’t get my own bowl.

While staff were moving containers, I saw water from the bottom of a container dripping directly into the food being served. It’s a major hygiene red flag, and unfortunately, it’s enough to make me never order from this specific location again. I hope management takes food safety protocols more seriously.
