This is something that should have been noticed before it was placed in the bag and served to a child. I reported the issue to online customer service and was given 200 points. While I appreciate the response, 200 points doesn’t really address the seriousness of receiving moldy food or give me confidence that steps will be taken to prevent it from happening again. I’ve really been enjoying the food here, especially because the restaurant offers healthier options than many other fast-food restaurants. Unfortunately, this experience has made me question whether I feel comfortable returning. UPDATE. The store asked me to contact Support. I had already contacted Support before I wrote my review. That’s why they gave me 200 points, which is worthless. By the way, the only way to talk to Support is through a chat bot and when you ask for a human being, it hangs up on you. It’s really sad when a good restaurant destroys itself. It needs to invest in some customer service personnel. There’s been a lot of issues with food safety lately. They should be going out of their way to reassure their customers that this is being taken care of.

It sucks to watch people at the back of a long line make it through with their food before you can even get yours, what the point of ordering ahead of time? They need to figure the is out.
