I have to wait over 8 minutes in line for my payment and food to be given. And on top of that they always mess up the ice coffee. I used to love coming here but recently it’s been a terrible experience and the worse part is the staff has no sense of urgency or asking the guest if they need anything. It’s terrible and it must be a terrible place to work at.

And or they do not correct the process per Uber Eats. So if they’re going to be so lazy about not figuring out the micro statistics that apply to their business doing business with Uber Eats, how is it that you would feel about doing business with them?
