In a world where customer service can sometimes fall short, Jerius consistently goes above and beyond to make every interaction a positive one. He is truly one of the most pleasant, respectful, and professional individuals I have ever encountered in customer service. I have watched Jerius over the years, and it has been a pleasure to see his growth and the way he continues to carry himself with such grace, patience, and professionalism. Even when people are rude or difficult, he maintains his composure, treats everyone with respect, and never allows someone else's attitude to change the quality of service he provides. That level of professionalism speaks volumes about his character, leadership, and work ethic. - RJRachel JohnsSep 30, 20261.0Ordered online today 09/30/16 from pickup from this location via the Chick-fil-A app. Was not informed that they do not begin the order until you arrive at the restaurant. Which is insane because they also fulfill orders for pick up or delivery via Uber eats or DoorDash. I shouldn’t have to use a third-party app in order to walk in and pick up my food already made. So I selected the drive up option, but once I arrived, the drive-through was literally like 100 cars deep and it was not moving. This is not what I’ve come to expect from Chick-fil-A over the years, service today both inside and outside were extremely slow. I parked my car and went into the lobby, asking if I could wait for my order there. An employee asked me for the name of my order, canceled my online order, re-rang me at the register, and then directed me to sit over to the side in the lobby. This put me further behind in the queue. At this point I’m hangry but still trying to remain pleasant. 20 minutes later after the order is finished and my name is called, I say thank you. The employee says nothing. Not even “You’re welcome.” What happened to “My pleasure?” I checked my bag to see if the contents of my order are correct and and sauces are missing. Sauces that were keyed in correctly on my initial pickup order. My shake also has whipped cream when I stated I didn’t want whipped cream and wanted an extra cherry instead. I received 1 cherry and 2 extra stems with no cherries on them. I won’t be back. There should be an option in the app where you can choose if you’d like to wait to arrive before the order is made or if you’d like it made right away. Other restaurants have this option. Geo-fencing and geolocation services are great when they work correctly but in my case they were unnecessary, because I wanted my order made from the time I paid for it in the app, NOT when I arrived. This caused my husband who had driven to to the restaurant to be late for work. And I’m pregnant and was grossly irritated and starving when it was all said and done.

On my most recent trip, Shayanne greeted me with the warmest smile, confirmed my order and checked if I wanted sauce. She made eye contact and treated me like a customer wants to be treated. A few minutes later, her colleague gave me my order and as always, a "my pleasure!" This is what excellent customer service looks and feels like!

The customer is left waiting for food that never arrives and then made to deal with the process of contacting support to cancel and get a refund themselves. The store does nothing to assist or even acknowledge the issue even when contacted directly by the delivery platform support team.
