  Maybe it’s me and because I have a bad habit of ordering from Chicfila frequently. This location is nice on the inside and convenient for quick orders and picks ups. However, the biggest issue I have is the quality control of the breading and seasoning of this particular location. If you go to any other Chicfila from Roosevelt, HP, to Bucktown or Goldcoast their chicken taste like that signature Chicfila chicken. When you come to this Chicfila it is hit or miss for example chicken tenders are lacking in breading and seasoning or the chicken nuggets are burnt on occasion. Additionally, it seems the nuggets and tenders are smaller here compared to the other locations I am not sure why that is. Whomever runs this franchise might need to consider bringing in corporate to check how they’re preparing and cooking the chicken to ensure it is reflective of the signature chicfila experience. That is the only gripe I have. I don’t go to Cane’s, or any other fast food chicken places, I only go to Chicfila but I am expecting a specific flavor and portioning that is lacking here especially since they charge me than other locations like a more than $1 more than other locations. Example the 4 piece tenders is $8+ but other locations are $7+ and the chicken at the other locations is portioned right with the right amount of seasoning in my opinion.

  Harassed by other patrons in store and had missing items in my order to add insult to injury – enough that we needed to source more food elsewhere to avoid someone going hungry. If you can, avoid this location and head to the one on Fullerton. Seems better organized.

  Great order ahead and pick up system through the app. There is a separate room/area for pickups that make for a seamless pickup experience.

  I’m sorry but this is the worst Chick-Fil-A in Chicago. I was so excited to see that they were opening up one next to my job, because I usually order through Door Dash from the one on Elston. I have ordered from this new one three times and I’ve been disappointed all three times. The food is always cold and old but today they delivered my food with none of the sauce I requested. I had to leave work just to pick up sauce to eat with my already cold food/ I was offered a free sandwich to make up for the incident. Very disappointing and I won’t be ordering from them again. The one on Elston is further and the food is always fresh!
