With no help on why would she give my order to anyone when it was only one dasher assigned, and when my dasher arrived the order was gone. Great food, unprofessional services.
- MJMA JMay 12, 20263.0I gave 2 stars on the food because I went to the Mobile drive up and was tracked as I approach the store from the cross street. I scanned and 3 cars were ahead of my car. When I received my food it was cold. Very disappointed with this Chic Filet, I will continue to patronize Culver's because they're established here and consistent.

You have a bunch of people that are running around. Don't know what they're doing then on top of that they get your order wrong and then expect you to pay for it. I've been trying to speak with the manager Keya about it and she informed me there's nothing she can do and that's just a bottom line of it as I said before this is one of the most unprofessional places I've ever been the food quality is awful and it's just sad that it's in this community and to be treated and giving service like that there need to be a revamp

I normally eat the Cobb salad, the amount of nuggets on the last order was disappointing. My daughter just got a nugget meal, the fries were warm and she said the nuggets were hard. I've been here at least 6 times since it opened and it's just not where it needs to be as far as quality of the food. If I can't hit South Loop on the way home then I'm just not having Chick fil A that day. Workers are nice, like most other locations

Every single time Ive ordered delivery from this location , theres ALWAYS an issue, food cold, food missing from the order, (And no it’s not the driver, bag is always secured properly) Never fails, absolutely unacceptable. Whoever manages this location needs to get their staff together because this is horrible. Ive never had these issues at other locations, it’s just this one. I understand mistakes happen, but ALL THE TIME is absurd. And trust this review is after several mistakes and just the straw.
