The location of this chick fil a is fire. Right by my school and it’s so great to get a bite that’s always reliably delicious. Employees are super helpful and seem sweet. They def deserve a good hourly wage! Wanna show some love before writing this review. I knew I was i gonna grab chick fil a before class. I was hungry and class is long. Was looking forward to my chick fil a moment. As I walked in, I noticed a woman standing in the rain right outside the main entrance looking pretty downcast so i just asked if she was trying to get a chicken sandwich. She said sure and we talked about the rain being pretty beautiful while we waited to give our order. While finishing up our order, a manager came out telling the woman that she was not supposed to be in the restaurant. He told me that she had threatened him before and another employee said she harasses the customers. I was like alright let’s get you your food and get out of here. The manager was not aggressive. He was just plainly saying that she had made people feel uncomfortable earlier that day and she needed to leave. She didn’t react kindly to being told this and refused to leave. It was tense and stressful but under control until this man in a tucked in button down came out from the back with terrible energy and started talking about calling the cops. I was like “this dude def used to be a cop.” He was like “you brought her in here and you are responsible for getting her out” and I’m thinking yeah.. but aren’t yall a Christian business lol.. With the woman, I left the restaurant calmly just by saying to her hey let’s get out of here. She walked out and we went our separate ways. After class, I went back in to see if either of those guys were there to talk. Just wanted to hear their point of view. I had a great convo with the initial cool manager. The cop guy wasn’t there. My message to the cop guy: take like a de escalation course. Your energy is way off. Like you don’t have to be a trained social worker or some lefty progressive social justice type to be like woah that dude came in and made it worse and we shouldn’t do people in our community like that especially those who appear to be struggling with serious mental illness and financial strain. Wish we had more crisis/trained mental health workers in the community but we don’t so let’s just try our best to not make situations worse cus you have no people skills. Anyways, spent my whole commute writing this and now I have a headache. It’s still raining and I hope everyone who reads this in the future has some good coming their way soon.

They really need to check their oven and kitchen staffs. Every time everything I ordered was overheated and tasted bitter.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service received during my morning visit. Despite two staff members being present, my request for an iced coffee resulted in an excessive wait time of over ten minutes, which was unexpected given the proximity of the order point. Conversely, I have found the afternoon team to be consistently efficient and professional.

Me gustó la atención al cliente, es rápido no te hacen esperar, te entregan tu comida muy rápido y tiene un ambiente muy cálido ideal como para trabajar mientras comes, o ir con algunos amigos.

By far the slowest “fast food” I have ever had. When the food does finally arrive, it always good and accurate but my god does this location take FOREVER to complete an order. I never order sides, due to crazy prices, which means I only ever order a biscuit or a sandwich. I don’t think there has ever been a time where I’ve had to wait less that 10-15 minutes for the literal number 1 on their menu. Not only is the service unbelievably slow, the attitudes 90% of everyone is zero to none. I’d recommend getting breakfast at McDonalds or 7/11 down the road.
