  Had such a nice experience at Chicago Waffles! Mo took care of us, and she was fantastic from beginning to end. She was friendly, personable, and genuinely made us feel welcome. What I appreciated most was how well she anticipated what we needed without constantly hovering over the table. Everything came out smoothly, and she made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. Great customer service can really make a difference when dining out, and Mo definitely delivered. Chicago Waffles is lucky to have her on the team. She deserves the recognition!

  recently visited Chicago Waffles and had an excellent experience! The food was great, but what really stood out was the exceptional service we received from our server, Mo. Mo was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and thoughtful throughout our entire visit. She made sure we had everything we needed, checked in on us at just the right times, and provided truly top-notch service. Her warm personality and attention to detail made an already enjoyable meal even better. She is a wonderful representation of great hospitality and absolutely deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Mo, for taking such great care of us! We’ll definitely be back.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I finally made the trip to Chicago’s Chicken & Waffles, and overall, it was definitely worth the hour drive! 🙌🏾 I had the smothered chicken with collard greens dressing, mac & cheese, red beans & rice, and cornbread. Let me tell you—the dressing was the STAR of the show! 🤤🔥 It was absolutely delicious and easily my favorite part of the meal. My waiter was great. I didn’t catch his name, but he was very attentive and on top of everything. He was running all over the dining room making sure everyone was taken care of, and you could tell he was working hard to give great service. Would I come back? Absolutely! ❤️

  We have dined sufficient. Even showed up at closing time they still gave us great food. The sides were on point. Only thing I would say is... the fish was a bit salty 'to me' but still crunchy and flaky(and i still ate it) and the cornbread was not at all our speed but think its a regional thing idk. The chicken and salmon... chefs kiss. The overall experience was excellent.

  Morgan’s service was top-tier! She was attentive, made sure our plates were cleared, and even provided to-go cups for our coffee and soda. The food was excellent as well! The only concern was the long wait before Morgan was assigned to us during the PM shift change, which was completely out of her control. The restaurant could definitely improve how that transition is handled. Morgan gets 5 stars from us! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you—we’ll definitely be back!
