  Fast service and good location near Michigan ave and the hospital district. Love their grilled chicken and garlic sauce!

  That lady Miss K really made my day today. She is just a sweetheart to customers and she brings great energy. They didn't have many options today and though I was disappointed, Miss K made the experience so much better. I even tried Salmon for the first time today.

  This was my first time at CAVA and I was excited to try it but unfortunately my experience was not the best at this location. First they had no meat available other than salmon, next all the sides were old and also after mentioning it was my first time several times no one acknowledged it and walked me through the process on how it worked. Overall, I don’t recommend this location unless they get better staff or can keep it stocked with all the ingredients. And once I tried my food it tasted old.

  The food preparation line was okay overall. There was a misunderstanding about what ingredients were supposed to go in each of the bowls I ordered, but it was eventually corrected. While getting utensils, I noticed that soda had been splashed all over the forks. I brought it to the attention of the employee stocking the utensils, but due to a language barrier, they went to get the manager. When the manager was informed, he seemed reluctant to come over and replace the contaminated forks. Meanwhile, other customers were reaching for them, so I let people know the forks had soda on them. Instead of immediately addressing the issue or informing other customers, the manager stood there looking at me. He eventually replaced the forks, but did so hesitantly while staring at me the entire time, which made the interaction feel uncomfortable and unprofessional.
