  Love cava as a chain. Fantastic food but this location is THE ABSOLUTE WORST. PLEASE DONT GO HERE. There are plenty of good cava locations in the city. They don’t fill the bowls. Especially when ordering online, every single time we have items missing and LITERALLY ALWAYS ONLY GET HALF A Bowl. Plus the staff is very rude and there is zero customer service. Nothing against Cava but this locations management, service and food quantity is the worst there is.

  25$ bucks for a bowl with extra chicken. salad was stale too. i usually have better experiences at the wicker park one and i tried this one out too and it wasn’t as good. also, the menu is borderline impossible to see from the line, not sure who the architect is but seems like a oversight

  Had a really good experience at CAVA. The ingredients tasted fresh, the portions were generous, and the staff were friendly and efficient even during a busy time. I especially liked how customizable the bowls were, and everything felt clean and well organized. Definitely a great spot for a quick and healthy meal.

  Si estaba rico pero les faltaban muchos ingredientes, ósea del listado que tenían habían varios que se habían terminado. Yo pedi un bowl que tenia honey chicken y picaba horrible!! Pregunten que onda con las salsas porque no me advirtieron ni tenia ningún icono de picoso 🌶️

  Absolutely horrible service! Employers were very rude and service was very slow. They barely give you any rice and drench your bowl with the sauces! This is my third time coming to this location and they’ve done this every time. They also never have their food items in stock. Every time I’ve come they are out of pickled onions. I also bought a drink just for the machine to be BROKEN! Absolute rip off do not come here. Tables and bathroom was also very dirty.
