  Terrible customer service and miserable attitude my experience today was completely ruined by the staff. The employee helping me on the line was incredibly rude from the second I stepped up to the counter. They acted like my presence was a massive inconvenience to their day, rolling their eyes when I asked for an extra scoop of dip and rushing me through my order. When I asked a simple question about one of the dressings, they gave an annoyed sigh and barely mumbled an answer. To top it off, they practically shoved my bowl across the counter. Good food is absolutely not worth putting up with that kind of miserable, hostile attitude. Management seriously needs to train their team on basic human decency and customer service. I will definitely not be returning to this location.

  I was really excited to try Cava for the first time, but I ended up disappointed with the service. Even though I placed my order ahead of time and gave plenty of notice, it still took over 45 minutes to get my food. There were also a lot of other customers waiting on their orders, so it seems like this location may be understaffed. They should consider hiring more employees or improving their order system. The staff did a great job handling the rush hour, however it seemed like they were mainly focused on customers ordering in person, and no one was working on the orders that were placed ahead of time. They should consider hiring more employees or improving their order system.

  I ordered delivery through Uber Eats. I had ordered the falafel crunch bowl. Usually I order from the store in wicker park but this time I sadly decided to order from this location. I received the bowl that was barely half filled. Half the items were missing from the bowl like pita crisps sumac claw and the extras. All I got was majorly rice. Avoid delivery from this location at all cost because I think they try to under fill the bowls and try to cheat the customers. Very disappointed from this location.

  DO NOT ORDER ON UBER EATS OR DOORDASH! My order was delayed by 2 hours, and it seems this is uncommon. 12:10 Placed Order, Estimate Delivery 12:52 12:11 Order Accepted by Cava, “Preparing your order…” 12:12 Delivery Estimate Delayed by Over 1.5 hours to 2:24 - 2:42 PM 12:13 Contacted Support. Told I can’t cancel order after it has been accepted by the merchant. 13:34 Order Still Being Prepared... Uber Eats refuses to cancel or refund my order because it has been accepted by Cava. The ultimate problem is that Cava accepted the order and marked it as in preparation hours before they actually made the order. They clearly do this on purpose to lock in the money, and then they are going to actually prepare it later. Or worse yet, they did prepare my order and the chicken is sitting out for hours.

  I had multiple pieces of nasty lettuce in my bowl and it completely disgusted me I will be so upset if I get sick. I ordered the crunchy falafel and the staff didn’t put half of the stuff in my bowl. I don’t normally write bad reviews but after traveling all day this really bummed me out.
