  Terri and Nene were extremely helpful with the large order I placed. I will definitely be back as a result of their customer service.

  First time trying Cava. One of the service workers was rude af. I was looking as the stuff as I ordered because I'm new, but she's acting like I'm being slow even though i didn't pause at all and there's literally only 2 people behind me. I didn't even get what I really wanted because I felt pressured to hurry up and get out of there. I have a feeling it's because i look like one of the 'poors' while the other customers I see are either tourists or office workers. The other two service workers were nice but I'm never coming back. I didn't pay $32 for a humiliation ritual.

  Definitely would avoid this place in evening. Staff was very annoyed to have customers even though they were open for hours more and half the items were out, including the sauces. Not well managed at all. There are much better options.

  ordered catering and the order wasn't complete. I had to run to the restaurant and the ladies were so helpful and diligent (I am certain it was the fault of the driver). props to everyone, especially the managers!

  Worst worst worst restaurant I have ever seen I ordered the food online .....I wait for about 1hr for my food pickup upon asking my order status they keep on telling we are making ....after an 1hr when I started shouting on them they said ....ooo we already made your order but we handed that order to some other person. ...they re-make the order but that too wrong order after reaching home I realise they have made completely different order looks like they have handed me someone else order to me ..... So guys Please make sure you have order there or it is stolen and you get your correct order.
