  This is actually my favorite location, and to the point where I actually bypass the one closest to me and travel just to come here, period. The food here is better than the other locations, in my opinion, and also the friendliness and the patience of the staff is amazing, period. Especially if it's your first time, they will walk through the entire steps with you, so I highly recommend this location.

  Went in today in a rush to get a bowl. I received the most SPECTACULAR service from Jesus and Lisette. They absolutely hooked me up with my bowl and made sure I was taken care of. Truly awesome service that made my day.

  My favorite CAVA from all the locations I have been to: South Carolina, Atlanta, North Carolina, California, etc. Emmett, Eamon, Chris, and Xavier made my experience recently. I’ve never been more satisfied in my life before. These guys know how to whip it. Sheeesh

  I had such an amazing experience with Jesus and the manager, Jerome, who both provided truly exceptional customer service. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to make sure that my concerns were addressed with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. I was honestly having a horrible day before speaking with them, but the way they treated me completely turned my day around. Their patience, understanding, and willingness to help made such a huge difference. It did not feel like they were simply doing their job. They took the time to listen, communicate clearly, and make sure I felt valued as a customer. Excellent customer service is very hard to find these days, and both Jesus and Jerome exceeded every expectation. Their positive attitudes, compassion, and dedication to helping people truly stand out. Experiences like this remind customers why great service matters so much. Thank you both for your outstanding support and for turning a stressful day into a positive experience. Your professionalism and kindness did not go unnoticed.

  stopped in last night an hour before closing and i was warmly greeted! I didn’t have the best experience during my last visit, so that alone already told me the energy was way different. I ended up ordering a BYOB and wanted to add avocado, but the ones in the container were browning, so I said never mind. I was getting ready to pay & planned to redeem my points for an avocado add-on. Jesus not only got fresh avocado, but said they’ll take care of it so I could keep my points & apologized for the inconvenience. The general manager (I believe John is his name) was super sweet & made sure I got hot & fresh pita chips as well. Rome was also very helpful and speedy! Thanks for the awesome experience, guys!
