  Stopped in at Cava in Wicker Park, the location is clean, the service was excellent Jesus was very informative about the menu and offerings. Great experience, best Cava in Chicago

  Do not order catering for your business if it’s for a lunch shift. Went over half hour waiting after its pick up time. We’re not communicating to me what happened that caused this much delay. Also they don’t tell you the catering section is another part of the restaurant. Everyone looking at me like I’m an inconvenience for not knowing when there’s no signs posted for it. Food is great but the timing is atrocious. Have lost confidence that they can be ready for a business’ staff.

  Jesus at the register was great! He was friendly, respectful, and made the whole experience smooth. He provided excellent customer service and made sure I was taken care of. Definitely appreciate the positive attitude and professionalism. CAVA has a good one with Jesus!

  The customer service was amazing. Jesus made sure that I was taken care of. He was very knowledgeable and helpful for my first ever visit at Cava. I'll definitely be coming back because of him.

  Beware if you ever have a problem. I had an issue with my delivery order. I called the number. No human. Only corporate AI. I could not contact with anyone. As a result I lost $30 on an order. I dont care how healthy something is. It is suspicious when you cannot get customer service.
