  I want to start of by saying I really like the food and i have never had an issue with customer service. This is the downtown location inside Northern Western Hospital. This will be kinda long, but i have to put context to explain how felt and how i was treated. I had a very interesting observation today while standing in line waiting to order my food. I watched as the person (Adrian or Adriana) taking orders was so cheerful and courteous when taking the customers order. She was polite, she smiled, and she was very accommodating to the customers needs and request. She seemed to be a nice lady. I continued to hear these cheerfully interactions with the customers before me. Now it's my turn and I stepped up thinking I was going to get the same greeting. Crickets! This lady stared at me like I had a dot on my forehead. There was silence for a few seconds because I thought she would at least ask "How can I help you." Nothing! I had to initiate my the order. I asked her could I get 3 Baja chicken tacos on corn shell. She put the shells on the warmer and proceeded to take the next customer with the same cheerful introduction. She never said a word to me. She didnt even take my shells of the warm someone else came along and finish my order. As I was moving along in line, I could still hear her being cheerful and courteous to everyone that came after me. That's when I realized i was being discriminated against because I'm Black American. The 4- 5 people in front of me and behind me were of other races. I don't care that she does like Black people, that's great. However, she is in customers service and at the very least, she could have asked me my order. Burrito Beach i am still a fan of your food and I will be back. However, if I see that she is the one taking orders, I'll do us both a favor and keep it moving.

  Great value to portion ration Perfect for the NU college crowd looking to get a quick meal. I occasionally get a craving for these breakfast burritos I used to get a long time ago back when I lived in CA, and their breakfast options are the closest thing to it I've been able to find!

  Decent burrito. Enjoyed it. Great for quick lunch spot. Ate the food so quick that I didn’t get a picture but recommend the hot honey burrito.
