This location needs help! I ordered my food on the mobile app at 10:20pm. I arrived at 10:40pm and my food wasn’t ready. The gentleman working was very professional but he was behind because he had no backup. If this location is going to 24 hours, it needs to be staffed correctly.

This location is not 24hours.... after 2am they will accept your order then 20mins later it will get canceled. Plus they will not answer the phone.... they really deserve 0 stars but is wasn't available and then when you go up there to ask what happen the stuff will act like they dont see your order and dont know what your talking about.

I made an order through the official Buffalo Wild Wings website.
I did not receive a Pepsi that I ordered and I have proof.
The customer service at this location is terrible. The staff won't give a name to reference who I spoke to as I wait to speak the manager. I was hung up on as well by one woman. I have spent over one hour trying to get a resolution and there is none yet.
update, I was supposed to get a call yesterday by the manager, and did not get one. I called today and the same woman that said id get a call said he wasn't it. Has the manager not been in?
As other reviewers have said this location has very bad customer service. I don't want to dispute this charge on my credit card, but it is getting close to it.
THERE IS NOT A SINGLE WAY TO GET REAL HELP. I have spent over 1.5 hours trying to get real help.

I’ve called and the manager still hasn’t called me back, it’s been 5 days.
Girl on the phone hangs up when I ask when the manager will be in, said I need to call at 1:00am, that’s in the morning…
Multiple other restaurant managers have offered to refund me cause this location won’t. It’s not on other Bdubs to refund me….

Terrible customer service. I tried to ask two different employees behind the counter for help, but they ignored me and went to the back to bag other orders. My order was ready and inside the food warmer behind the counter. It would’ve only taken them five seconds to walk over and hand it to me, but instead, I had to wait for 10 minutes while they bagged other people’s orders and finally came back out. Avoid this place if you can.
