Look, this place has total quick-grab takeout energy. It’s small, it’s low-key, and while they technically have half a dozen tables crammed in there, nobody is dressing up to come here. Everything about the vibe says, "Run in, grab a slice, and hit the pavement."
Including the walls.
Everywhere you look, you’re hit with a barrage of slice imagery. Glowing neon signs of pizza slices, framed photos of single cheese and pepperoni slices... there are literally a dozen pictures of slices plastered on every available inch of wall space.
So I walk up to the counter, ask the guy for a quick slice, and he looks at me stone-faced and says they don't sell slices. Only whole pizzas.
Are you kidding me?!
You have built an entire takeout joint decorated strictly with single slices, but if I’m hungry, I have to walk out holding a giant 16-inch box like I’m catering a party of one?! It is pure psychological warfare.
The whole pie was actually pretty solid, and the guy behind the counter was just relaying the rules of this bizarre simulation. But fair warning: do not let the dozen glowing slice signs fool you. Unless you’re looking to sit at one of their six tables and crush a whole pizza by yourself, move along.
