- MAMike AlessoJun 27, 20263.0Gave this place a try based on wanting something quick and semi healthy. Overall the rice was ok and the greens were fresh enough to be legit, not wilted or going bad. The issue i have is that the orange chicken had a burnt taste and lacked flavor - over cooked not much sauce on the breading. I would not call this orange chicken, at best a fried breaded chicken. A “dressing” was provided that tastes the same as the yuzu salad we got so part of me believes that besides overcooked chicken (bad oil) we also got something different than what was ordered. The other 2 bowls we received had the same issue - what seems like a need to change oil as the taste of the protein was bad. Being a bit generous with the stars because the price was inexpensive when compared to other restaurants although this is a takeaway only location (low overhead and fixed costs). Will only be a repeat customer if in a real pinch.
