drove like 2 hrs to get there and it was worth it! If you arent a fan of sushi with a lot of sauce or fancy toppings or anything then I can understand why you might not like it, but they offer regular nigiri as well! But I tried as many of the sushi balls as I could and I liked all of them. I got the spicy tuna pouch as well and it was not only good but it was stuffed to the brim and was at least 3 ot 4 bites to finish. So worth the money and very filling. Got drinks as well and they were good. Only complaint is that either the boba straws need to be a little bigger or the boba needs to be cooked a little longer, they were still kinda hard (but chewy) so it didn't squeeze through the straw very well and got stuck sometimes. Taste itself is good though (and the cups are really cute)

Walked in out of curiosity - ordered Gunkan sushi boat (way too spicy!), salmon roe sushi boat (not available), and 3 sushi balls (salmon, snapper, and surf clam). All sushi balls were heavily covered with what appeared to be teriyaki sauce mixed with wasabi mayo, so could not really taste any of the fish and just felt greasy and gross. Cheap - yes. Would I come back? Probably not. I left with burning tongue and stomachache. Someone who likes heavily seasoned food may enjoy it though.

Pleasantly surprised! Ended up ordering take out while we were on vacation. Online ordering was easy and clear, communication of my order status was timely. I ended up ordering quite a few balls to enjoy with my family and none of them disappointed. A fun, quick meal to share! The boxes make it fun to share with others and they travel well. Would order again.

***FOOD HANDLING SAFETY CONCERNS*** My family has come several times since they opened, my kid loves the novelty of the sushi balls. However, after our experience today, we will not be returning. We were served spoiled/rancid seafood, specifically shrimp, which had a very distinct smell and was slimy. I called the restaurant to find a solution. They first said they can give me a refund, but only if I come back into the store. After some back and forth, they were able to figure out how to issue the refund remotely. I then asked to speak with a manager and was told that wouldn't be possible because they don't speak English. I explained to the person who answered the phone, that I was concerned about their handling of seafood since they served us spoiled shrimp, and was put on hold. When she came back on the phone, she told me they were checking their inventory now and the shrimp had been delivered "a few days ago". I asked a few more follow up questions to try to give them the benefit of the doubt that this was an honest mistake, but it became more clear to me that they didn't have a basic understanding of safe food handling and that's why I'm writing this review. Eating spoiled seafood can make a person very ill, and it's disappointing that this didn't seem to be a high priority for a restaurant that almost exclusively serves seafood. Scary. Eat at your own risk.
