  I recently visited this establishment for the first time to pick up a delivery order, and unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. As a courier, I expected a basic level of professional courtesy and hospitality, but instead, the atmosphere felt entirely cold and unwelcoming from the moment I walked through the door. The customer service left a lot to be desired. When I asked the manager at the front desk for assistance locating an item, her tone was dismissive and arrogant rather than helpful. Instead of a straightforward, neighborly interaction, it felt unnecessarily difficult just to get basic direction within the store. The security staff at the entrance similarly lacked any sense of hospitality, greeting customers with a cold, unblinking stare rather than a professional nod. The lack of basic courtesy extended all the way to the checkout process. While trying to complete my transaction and log the receipt for the delivery app, the manager came over to close the lane, crowding my personal space and creating an entirely unnecessary rush. The staff seemed more interested in talking loudly among themselves and making unprofessional inside jokes than ensuring a smooth, respectful experience for the people trying to do business there. A professional establishment should understand basic hospitality, train its staff to be courteous, and treat all patrons—including delivery couriers—with equal respect. Based on the chaotic environment and the poor attitude of the team, I will certainly not be returning.
