- RRReignJun 16, 20261.0Worst experience I've ever had at a Baskin-Robbins! I ordered three milkshakes. The staff was uncoordinated and, frankly, some didn't seem sober enough to do their jobs. After being sent back and forth across the store by the different employees, I finally received three milkshakes that were basically milk and with the barest flavor of the shakes I'd ordered. Almost $30 for the worst milkshakes I've ever seen! Do yourself a favor and find somewhere better. UPDATE: the manager called me and apologized. Then began trying to gaslight me, saying that none of the staff could've been drunk or she'd have known. I was there. I know what I saw and smelled. Do better.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
