I made my order through the drive-thru (ordering two items) and got told to park on one of the parking spots on the waiting area. We waited approximately 8 to 10 minutes. While waiting another car had parked next to us to wait for their order and in the next two minutes the person who took my order comes up to my window and says the order but then walks towards the car that had barely arrived and gives them my order. My daughter asks the person why is the other person in the car receiving our order or why is he receiving the order if we had arrived first and waited more than them, the only thing the worker said was that she didn't know and that she didn't manage the kitchen. I get out of my car and walked inside the facility to ask about my order. The manager was very rude, didn't even let me finish talking when she was already ordering the person in the register to refund me my money when I never even asked for a refund. They wouldn't even admit they gave my order to the other car.
