- JVJorge VelazquezJul 5, 20251.0Came to this location at 11 PM hoping to get good service instead was waiting for 20 minutes when I was the only car in the drive-through, then he asked me what I want. I told him I have a big order for ice cream, then was told there was no ice cream. I kept saying hello five times no response went to the drive-through window. Guy was mopping, he did not even came to the window and told me if they were closed or what what’s going on. Very bad experience here. Too bad I had a block party was about to spend more than $500 here good thing McDonald’s was open.

They gave us the wrong thing, and when we came back they were laughing over the speaker saying that they gave us something else because they didn’t have what we ordered. It’s crazy to just give us something random without letting us know or asking what we would want as a replacement. They 100% did it on purpose hoping we’d just drive away before looking in the bag to check. Employee had really bad attitude as well when we got to the window to get a replacement that we’d actually want. Super rude and unapologetic.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
