- KHkhader houdali6 days ago1.0This place is terrible. Do not come here. The VIP host charged me $20 even though I had a reservation. I gave him the name on the reservation, but he didn’t even bother to check it before charging me. Then the host refused to seat me because the reservation required two people to be present. When my friend arrived just three minutes later, he told us we were too late and wouldn’t honor the reservation. The worst part was that the bar was completely empty when we walked in. Terrible customer service and a complete waste of time.

- ABAnkita BhutkarJun 14, 20261.0Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. We ordered the Cafreal Paneer Kebab, Chicken Chilli, and Chilli Cheese Kulcha. The food was not up to expectations. The Paneer Kebab lacked spice and flavor, making it quite bland. The Chilli Cheese Kulcha was very dry and tasted plain. The Chicken Chilli did not have the expected Chinese flavor and instead tasted heavily influenced by other sauces. The ranch-style garnish felt out of place and overpowered the dish. The service was equally disappointing. The lady waiter initially seated us at a very small table that was uncomfortably close to another family, making it awkward for both us and them. When we politely requested a different table, her response was rude and dismissive, stating that the other tables were reserved. However, shortly afterward, another couple arrived who also appeared not to have a reservation and were given a much larger and more comfortable table. This felt unfair and left a negative impression. Overall, the combination of disappointing food and poor customer service made for an unpleasant experience. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet our expectations, and we left quite dissatisfied.
