  Love this place for their shawarma bowl. Probably go here too much. Probably should try something else on the menu. But its really good, quick and drive thru. Whats not to love??

  In the amount of time it took these guys to finish making my order, I literally could have driven to their Palos Hills location and actually finished eating. Not to mention the quality is MUCH better in Palos. Disappointing.

  Two times ordered, two times with issues. First time I did delivery and the order was delayed by over an hour. I felt so bad for the stream of delivery drivers that accepted and then cancelled this delivery order because of the wait. Food finally arrived and their specialty shawarma (the toasted one) was burnt to a crisp and very bitter. Liked the other food items. Placed an order today a few minutes after they opened at noon, only for them to immediately cancel the order. Talk about not wanting my money... If you're so behind on opening that you're cancelling orders already, you may want to reconsider your hours. I'm gonna pass on them going forward just because at this point I don't feel like I can trust them to follow through on orders. I know I'm certainly not alone in these issues because they've opted out of having ratings shown on Grubhub and I've seen several other Google reviews with the same issues

  This is a ghost kitchen, and unfortunately, the wait time was very long. We placed our order online about 30 minutes before arriving, but still ended up waiting another 30 minutes after we got there. The crispy chicken shawarma was good. The chicken was crispy and juicy, with a good amount of pickles and garlic sauce. The steak shawarma, however, was very disappointing. The meat was gamey, and the shawarma had no onions or tomatoes, which made it pretty bland. The hummus was horrible and easily the most disappointing part of the meal. More concerning, we ordered a bowl with very specific instructions due to food allergies, and those instructions were not followed. Allergy requests need to be taken seriously, as failing to follow them can put customers at risk. They should also provide napkins with the orders, especially for takeout.

  I placed a Doordash order and waited 2 hours only for it to be canceled. I spoke to the restaurant and he said a couple mins to be done after 1.5 hours and then 25 mins after that the order was canceled. Driver was waiting forever and all I ordered was one shwarma wrap. Whoever answered the phone refused to answer again and kept ignoring calls. Avoid this location at all costs and do not order from here. Horrible service. P.S. This is not a reflection or review of their Palos Hills or Oak Lawn locations. Great experiences and food there but this location in Chicago is horrendous.
