  I placed an online order, it was ready 10 minutes before the scheduled time I selected for pickup. I was greeted nicely and the guy was very polite and friendly 🙂

  I just Yelp this place. The food was horrible. Absolutely no taste at all. I can see through the sauce. Yall ain’t got no Tony’s no Slap Your Mama or even some salt and pepper in that kitchen. I had potato salad…yuck. The potato salad had more sugar in it than the bbq sauce. I’m telling you if I close my eyes and put that meat in my mouth I would never know there was bbq sauce on it. I just stopped eating it. I thought about giving it to my dog. I’m going to put it in the refrigerator and tomorrow I’ll doctor it up my way. Yall should be ashamed of selling this to humans. I just have one question…why is there a waiting line to get to this mess. Needless to say I will never grace this place with m presence again. If you read this and you decide to go try this place. I will never trust reviews on TikTok and Facebook or any form of social media again. Black foodie has failed me again. They have no taste buds.

  So I ordered $68 worth of food on door dash. Pulled the turkey tips out the bag first. I took one tip and a huge long pieces of hair weave was attached to it. See proof of photos with hair attached so gross 🤮 . I looked inside my turkey tip food tray, and more strands of hair was there as well. This is unacceptable and makes me not want to eat anything else. When I called the manager told me to bring it in; but I took several photos as proof so no need for me to play around with them. He claimed that all his workers wear hair nets nor did anyone there have extremely long hair. Obviously they removed the net when the boss wasn’t looking 👀. So if it wasn’t the workers hair was the turkey’s 🦃 hair attached to my tips or what?!? 🤔. This place was expensive, disappointing and annoying !!!

  Got a small tip doubled chopped hot mixed 4/23/26 after 8p.m got home food wasn’t how I ordered called 3 p.m to get it corrected got told call back after 7 was trying to get a understand on why when it’s one restaurant rudely got talk to then put on hold I would’ve took it back last night but only had a few hour to get some sleep before work and now I’m off work trying to get it correct got rudely talked to and no help this is my go to all the time for bbq never getting my business again and on top of that this is the first time my order was messed up should’ve stopped going then should been handled better

  Food was terrible it tastes like it's been boiled and being put on the grill so much fat on every piece of tip I live all the way in Park Forest I am overly pissed off I paid $25 and $0.04 for this before you go here go somewhere else The sauce has changed I don't believe that this is the same owners because this tastes terrible it takes nothing like Alice's I've been going here all my life I moved to Park Forest and this what I got when I stopped in the neighborhood to get some Alice's this place is not good anymore to me very sad and customer service even Sader fat on every piece of meat they cutting them so big so you could pay to get them cut regular size like they should cut them anyway this is a hoax I am so upset Alice's I will never come back there Y'all need some new cooks that food tastes terrible and the sauce don't even have no taste to it nothing I asked for hot sauce barbecue sauce hot ain't nothing hot about this I'm very upset and I'm sending a picture count yall days the board of health will be contacting yall yall just taking people money smh 😪 😴 😤 😔
