- BBBev3 days ago5.0I have always had a great meal here along with great service in both the bar and the restaurant. This is typically my first stop while in Chicago at the Four Seasons. The drinks in the bar are great and the bartenders are friendly and helpful. The sangria was really refreshing and their old fashioned is on point. For breakfast, they have [my personal favorite] granola with yogurt and berry compote. Everything is always fresh, try the basque cheesecake for a delicious dessert!

We tried to go to the bar for a drink and nobody would wait on us. We went back to see if our table was ready and they had clearly forgotten about us (it was 9:30pm at this point). Once seated, our amuse bouche was 30 minutes later, just 1 oyster. The appetizer was about 30 minutes after that. We didn’t have dessert until after midnight. The food had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while, nothing was worth the cost under the prix fixe menu. We ordered a nice bottle of champagne and they did offer us a complimentary glass to cheers at midnight. The oyster didn’t sit well with any of us. We all went home immediately and after spending $400 each. So very disappointing…
