Manager was just not a good human being. We came in with a large group when the place was mostly empty. The group was large enough where it was obvious we couldn’t all play on one table. They told us it was $10 per person and we assumed that we could play at any table that wasn’t occupied since they didn’t tell us any different. After we try to play on a second table (which was completely empty as was another one next to us), they came up and told us that we needed to pay an extra $60 to use a second table. Because they didn’t make it clear beforehand, they lost out on an extra $60 worth of revenue (we were a group of 10 and only 4 ended up playing). After telling us a second table was more money, we asked if we split up at the beginning would it have only been $10 per person total (without the extra $60 on top for an extra table for one group) and they said yes. So instead of making more money and acting as a respectful business, they put too many people on a single table on purpose in order to try and make more money off of us.

The location is great for team events. But the admin really needs to be a bit flexible. The guy at the reception was terrible with marketing and generating revenue for the company. We saw several tables empty for an hour and the guy didn't even want to extend us by 30 minutes even after committing to do so at the beginning. You should get rid of people who are that bad at customer service. He just came up, and grabbed the paddles away from us like we were unpaying customers. There were atleast 3 tables empty for the next 40+ minutes but this guy just went by the books and didn't even give us an option to extend on a pro rated basis. If your instructions were the same to him, you guys are terrible.

Good spot for after work get together and social meetups. Place is a tad loud to have a conversation, but lots to see and do.

Cool basement bar with lots of ping pong tables. An unexpected find when we needed to get out of the cold on St Patty’s Day parade Saturday.
