  Great experience! We arrived just as they were closing and the manager let us order and made sure we got a great meal. It had been a long day and we were worried we missed our chance to eat but the team helped us out. Food was great and the fries were fantastic! So happy with the service we received.

  Go to the one on 103 and Harlem or 79th and Cicero, for the best experience. Fresh Food fresh ingredients, the one in the Mall is not good , Food tastes old , sitting long time. You will know the difference

  If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been coming to this Charley’s for over 10 years at LEAST once a week and have never had a bad experience as bad as these last few times that I’ve been here. The new management has really done poorly at this location. Workers that have been working here for years are talked down upon by the new employees who are all family of the owner who don’t even have proper training to work this job. Some of these employees have worked here since before I even started coming here and have more experience making these sandwiches than the people who purchased this location. They randomly cut hours of the employees who actually KNOW how to make the food and let people who how have no knowledge work and get all the hours instead of training how to make the sandwiches. They’re changing the menu to their own liking to save the product from running out faster. Everything is bland with no flavor. I have had my food made wrong 4 times since the new management has taken over it. The old owner made sure everything ran smoothly. It’s a shame all the good employees are leaving because of how this business is being run. Won’t be coming back here again! I’ll head over to Yorktown mall instead.
