  Worst location, nobody knows what they're doing. They hand out the wrong shit and jus look lost when you go back trying to get your order made correctly, I paid for the shit so make it how I asked or take that ahh home. Go to a different location ppl! save yourself the trouble!

  Just absolutely terrible service especially the staff…ESPECIALLY during later times, there’s one lady who brings her baby and leaves her unattended everywhere around the establishment then you have other workers on their phones or not wearing any type of gloves nor washing their hands…smoking weed and the establishment not even being clean at all sometimes …i don’t know if there is an actual manager that actually comes in there…but if you want to waste your time for food waste it somewhere else cause wasting here is just gonna piss you off.

  I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I experienced during my visit. I waited in the lobby for approximately 20 minutes, and during that entire time, no employee acknowledged me, asked what I needed, or offered any assistance. The employee at the register clearly saw me and knew I was waiting. Another customer eventually walked in and stood next to me, yet I was still repeatedly ignored. What made this even more frustrating was that my food was already prepared and sitting right there, getting cold while I waited for someone to simply hand it to me. I was not asking for special treatment—just basic courtesy and customer service. If the employee was busy, all she had to do was say, “I’ll be right with you.” Instead, I stood there for 20 minutes without any communication. I also have concerns about seeing this same employee repeatedly bring a very young baby into the workplace and leave the baby in areas such as behind the register, in the kitchen, and in the seating area. I understand that everyone has personal circumstances, but this raises concerns regarding professionalism, cleanliness, and whether it is affecting customer service. This experience was not simply about having to wait. It was about being completely ignored while my paid order sat there getting cold. Customers deserve to be acknowledged and treated with basic respect. I sincerely hope management takes this complaint seriously, looks into what happened, and addresses these concerns with the staff. No paying customer should have to stand around for 20 minutes just to still not even receive an order that is already ready. Money and time completely wasted.
