Gave them my receipt twice (printed and digital) and even verbally told them and they still got it wrong. And that last part still gets me, how can I tell them “no pickles, no onions” and they can only repeat only the no onions part to the employees? Ridiculous. Would give negative stars if I could.

I double checked when I ordered my food, I checked my receipt to make sure it said no cheese. I get to work, and my sandwich has cheese. It's melted into the bread an on the meat, and you can't remove it. Are you trying to unalive people with allergies? Come on now. But I have to say the person at the window who handed me my order was very kind and friendly and I know it's not HIS fault my order was wrong.
