  I’ve ordered black beans and chicken they used pinto beans instead and there is no chicken at all and the guy that works there he doesn’t want to give me some extra diablo sauce for some reason. Bad service. I am very disappointed. Its 12am are they expecting me to go again and again?

  The Taco Bell in Charleston, Illinois far surpasses the other locations in the area. I will often go out of my way to go to this location instead of others. The staff are calm, efficient, and so kind. The food is always top notch, with proper serving size and good presentation, with rarely a wrong order. The store is always clean and welcoming. The employees at this store do an excellent job and deserve more recognition!

  We placed 3 orders through the mobile app to be convenient for the drive-through so we didn’t have to go around twice because of the only 2 orders per car rule, but when I get to the speaker the lady in the other side was rude when we asked why we couldn’t just pick up all 3 orders when they where all already payed for online she insisted we had to go around. We pick up the first 2 orders and she says under her breath “can’t forgot the mild sauce don’t want to hear you complain” which was uncalled for. We have to do an around the block, because no left turns allowed leaving the drive through. We go back to the speaker and ask for the last order which she says they don’t have it. We say can we pull up to the window, because in the app it says it’s ready, but again she asks us to go back around because they have no more online orders. Well we tell the real name on the order and she was like oh yeah we have it. We pull back to the window and ofc they don’t have the order ready it legit was a Baja Blast and Nacho fry we said at the beginning we had a 3rd order couldn’t have at least the drink ready. Overall the experience with the worker was not great she was very rude. A quick grab and go turned into like 15mins for no reason. They also messed up on one of my friends orders
