  Got to drive up and sign up no credit cards accepted today and correct change only. This place needs some help. They really do not know anything about customer service. They made it difficult as possible to do business with them .

  We were in the drive thru. Only took the other line of orders, literally waited for OVER THIRTY minutes or more and wouldn't even take our order. Just ridiculous. Cars that were there 20 minutes after us were getting their food before we could even get our order taken. We would say "hello?" And the worker would say "we'll get with you as soon as we can " that is a bold face lie when you take 5 other orders before ours. Just not acceptable for a drive thru. Especially since the parking ordering stations were closed. We ended up pulling forward without our order and they STILL wouldn't talk to us. We only wanted one burger and one milkshake. Instead I left in tears out of pure frustration. Absolute waste of time. Would not recommend based souly on the poor customer service and an infuriating experience. >:(

  I will literally just start this off with if there is two people running A restaurant by themselves then just close. I placed an online order. Waited 30 minutes in the curbside. No one came to give me anything so then I went into drive-thru and they said that there's only two people working but if you stay in the Drive-Thru then you'll be able to get your food faster. If it wasn't for the fact I just wanted to go home I would have stayed waiting and waiting and waiting to see how long it would take for someone to come. Give me my food after a good. Maybe 10 to 15 cars have rotated through drive-thru and no one brought me my food. I understand that there was only two people working which should not have happened and should never happen because of safety reasons most of all this was a ridiculous 1 hour total wasted and something needs to give. There is fingers that can be pointed in every direction on who's to blame in this whole situation that from the management due to lack of managing your employees to drive through comes first before anyone else. This was all just downright disgusting

  I’ve been sitting in the drive thru waiting for at least 10 minutes. Sonic doesn’t have enough help as this isn’t the first time this has happened to me. I guarantee it’ll be the last time because I won’t be back. Also, this is not the minimum wage worker’s fault, it’s a management issue.

  I ordered one regular size chili cheese Coney a regular side a mozzarella sticks and a medium order of cheddar pepper and received a small order of chicken strips cheese fries and a gigantic order of mozzarella sticks and it took almost 40 minutes to get my food this place is absolutely insane The employees and management need to be looked at something has got to change with this store is absolutely horrible
