  Waited over 20 minutes for my mobile order. They got my food wrong... expect crappy food and service and you won't be disappointed!!

  Went inside to get a couple happy meals. While waiting over 30 mins for our meal, I kept seeing car after car go through drive thru. I asked why it was like this, lady informed me she is the only one on the lobby side. I asked for a manager, he informed me that he can't make any changes to make it flow better. I asked another person who was also waiting on food, he said he was waiting 37 mins for food. EVERYONE in the lobby was waiting 5:1 ratio drive thru. Older couple with their grandkids, ordered two orders. Got their second order before their first. They had to go back up to the front to show that it's been over 40 mins. If fast food only want to wait on drive thru and make them priority vs someone whom is willing to come in out of their car and enjoy their experience. Why are we on the back burner. Managers DON'T CARE nor want to make a change. This needs fixed.

  The McDonald’s here is absurd. Their drive thru times take anywhere from 20 to 45 minutes for simple things. Their lobby is worse you can stand in there for two hours and never receive your food. Josh the manager is rude doesn’t listen and uses his disability as excuse for bad service and bad attitude. They will make drinks during peak time instead of food. You have to almost scream to be heard in the drive thru and they still get your order wrong. The people taking orders don’t read back hardly and when they do they still can’t get it right. Josh the manager again is verbally abusive to his staff and there have also been complaints on him for sexual harassment. I’ve live in this area my entire life and there is absolutely no excuse for their lack of work ethic and basic humanity. Oh and also the continual reoccurrence of serving undercooked food burgers that are pink chicken nuggets that are soggy and French fries still cold. It’s an absolute disgrace.

  Every time that I come here after 8pm it will legit take over 15 minutes to complete 1 order in the drive thru. I can not imagine how that is even possible at this time of night due to the lack of traffic at this location. On multiple visits as this time, I have seen employees stand near the window and just watch. I understand that fast food is a hard job and can cause a lot of stress, but I really dont believe a location should even be open if they can't provide service in a reasonable amount of time. I do feel bad for the employees who have to go through this because this may be the only time they can work, but waiting 20+ minutes for 2 fries is absurd.

  Fire everyone on night shift. Every single time passed 9 pm I have to wait over half an hour in the drive thru while workers goof off
