  My family and I love Jimmy John's we order there quite offen and my husband and I called to order and the gentleman that answered said they closed at midnight but the websight says 3 a.m. so they really need to change there time on one or the other thank you

  One star because I came from Mattoon for a late night sandwich as the store is allegedly open until 3am, and it’s 1am, and it’s closed.

  I have been a long time customer of this Jimmy John's location. I have to say that it has really been declining in service and quality. I ordered one turkey combo to be delivered and it took over an hour. I placed the order at 11:06 am so it wasn't a prime time. When it finally arrived to my workplace, they were attempting to leave it at a side door that is obviously not used and a co-worker saw them and retrieved my order. When I opened it the bread was almost stale and the amount of meat was laughable. Also, the turkey had a funky taste and I had to throw it away , was too afraid to eat it. Very disappointed and I will be finding a new place to get my lunch as this wasn't the first bad experience.
