  first time coming to 7brew and it was a great experience. amazing customer service by a young lady named brodi had a great conversation with her, and the drink was amazing will be coming back soon!!!

  I go to 7brew almost every morning! It started as a before work type of thing but it has now turned into seeing my favorite people each morning (sometimes twice a day😬) The Charleston 7brew location is amazing and always has a great atmosphere with employees that have beautiful energy/auras!

  My daughter and I come to this location quite often because its the closest one to us. The staff is usually pretty friendly. Once out of maybe every couple visits a drink is never correct and then when you let them know, they act as if they don't know how to fix it or remake it. Tonight, we ordered a Pink Paradise half ice and a Cherry Limeade (featured drink) half sweet light ice. Pink Paradise looked as if it was half sweet (asked for it to be remade as this is a typical drink we order so we know what it is supposed to look like) and Cherry Limeade was full sweet and missing the concentrate. Looking forward to other local locations. Terre Haute does a fantastic job each time! Champaign does a fantastic job each time but this location needs a little work!

  I got a Large extra sweet brewchata chai latte with cold foam and 2 espresso shots and it came out to $8 and some change! Coffee was amazeballs and the people were so friendly! If you feel guilty about your $15 Starbucks coffee, I'd just go here instead. 10/10 will go back!

  i usually have a great experience at 7brew. they make great drinks. but today did not meet my expectations. i ordered a large fizz with sf peach, sf vanilla, orange, and cream, just got done playing a round of golf too, so i'm hot and sweaty. he hands me a fizz with cold foam on it and says “here’s the peach and banana”. i say "no, peach and VANILLA”. he says "oh so sorry for that”. i tell him my order again and he comes out with the same drink just added vanilla. no cream. no orange. AND I TIPPED 15%. i’m just very upset about this interaction. i was in a rush, so i didn’t stay to fix it, but i hate fake banana, so it did get dumped. please turn down the music or tell your brewistas not to rush so much!
