Went to the drive thru, spoke into the speaker and clearly and like I would at any normal drive thru. I asked for 3 sandwiches, each to be the "GIANT" size and I only got 2 of them that size and one regular. Now I only paid for that because they put it into the ticket wrong so it’s whatever… Also asked for and paid for a chocolate chip cookie for my little sister, (she has food issues but that’s something she eats and I want to be feel included)… anyways right away I noticed one sandwich wasn’t giant, but looked at the receipt and saw they only charged me for 2 giant, 1 regular so it’s whatever I’ll deal with it… however I didn’t think to inspect the bag to make sure the cookie was in there. I mean, I work in the service industry and I get it, there’s times things go wrong. However I was the ONLY car there and the person on the other end of the microphone kept having me repeat myself. Of course I did, clearly and audibly because again, I work service industry so I get it. I just don’t see how this is good business. I get if you’re busy, or if someone is new. However there were only the few workers in there and then me at the drive thru with a very simple order. I mean their sandwiches are PRE-SET like not custom, or at least I didn’t ask to have anything customized on it. I mean some people might see this as complaining too much, but it was a simple order, with only one customer there (me) and multiple workers… what a poor way to run a business honestly.
ALSO, they didn’t even cut my giant sandwiches in half… EVERY JJ I have been to has cut them in half. You know what? Shame on them…
