- JGJose GutierrezJun 29, 20261.0I have been going to this dunkin for a few months now regularly and was recently told by a middle aged Indian lady working the register to stop using my points at their location because i kept coming for free drinks. I already do them the favor of going there even though their drinks are super inconsistent. I could just as easily go to the dunkin down the street for better drinks. They lost a regular customer. Maybe don’t tell your customers where to spend their money.

I saw one of the employee's take an order from the drive thru sneezes in his hand and continue to put their donuts in the box. I walked out after that.

They always have friendly customer service, the wait time is quick, and the coffee and food is always fresh! I come here almost daily and every single coffee has been great! I feel like I usually play Dunkin roulette with “what will the coffee taste like today” and I’ve never had to do that here.

And the people here are amazing! They are so sweet and kind and always hand me my food with a smile on their face. This is literally the only DD that I like getting my wake up wraps from because they are always nice and hot. I’ve been to other locations where I’ve bitten into a cold egg and that’s nasty! But never from the Channahon location! Thanks to everyone at the Channahon location for always getting my order perfect and with a smile!
