  I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and when I got it, it was sloppy and all over the top of the bun and it didn’t hardly have any meat and cheese in it. When i complained The cashier informed there was 6oz Of meat when there was maybe 3 ounces of meat on it. I told him it didn’t look anything like the picture And he just said it was enlarged sorry. Only half if it had any meat. the rest was bread.

  The young girl at the front has an attitude whenever you use a coupon. She was huffing and puffing and pissed that I wanted to use a coupon on my app. I tried to order on the app prior to arriving but they purposely turn off online ordering. I am not sure where the good reviews come from, they are not friendly through the bag across the counter for me to pick up. Horrible customer service. Will not be returning!

  I came into Arby’s for food a few weeks ago and was helped by a man behind the counter named Shane. He was super friendly, professional and answered all my questions. This was the best customer service I have experienced in a long while.
