  This was our second time coming to The Poke Place, and it has been great both times. The food is always very fresh, there are a lot of good options, and the service has been excellent. Everyone has been really friendly and helpful when ordering. We’ve tried both the Huli Huli Hawaiian Chicken Lunch Plate and custom poke bowls, and everything we’ve had has been really good. The ingredients taste fresh, and portions felt fair for the price. For three of us to eat lunch, it was around $40, which felt reasonable. Seating is limited to about 6–8 counter seats, so it’s definitely more of a quick stop than a sit-down restaurant. The only downside is the location—it’s a little tucked away and not the easiest place to get to. Overall though, I’d highly recommend it if you’re looking for fresh poke or Hawaiian-style lunch plates.

  The big kahuna bowl is quite possibly the best thing I have ever eaten. Every time I eat here, I question the existence of any other restaurant and wonder why I’ve ever eaten anywhere else. My husband has to listen to me the entire time I’m eating it exclaiming how I want it to be my last meal, I could eat it every day for the rest of my life , and that we can never move because they don’t have this place anywhere other than here and Mahomet. (Pictured below is something I got once that is not the big kahuna bowl but figured it was worth sharing… I keep forgetting to take pictures of it because I am so excited to eat it 😭😭 but this was fire as well) My one and ONLY qualm is that they fill the bowls so full it can be hard to mix (I feel silly even calling it a qualm). I recommend getting it to go and dumping it into your biggest bowl at home ! If you order online for pickup it is ready LIGHTNING fast. We order it when we are 5 minutes away have never had to wait. Please help keep this place in business so I don’t have to go into mourning!

  Absolutely delicious. Literally the best poke bowl I've had since vacationing on the north shore of Oahu.
