  My husband and I called this Subway on Mattis Rd. In Champaign, IL. to make sure they would accept our coupon for a foot long sub. She said yes , as long as it was not expired. It was not expired. She prepared our sandwich as desired. When we went to pay for it, she told us her register would not accept the coupon. Our coupon was for $6.99 and she charged us $12.00. We walked out. Totally dishonest establishment, especially since we called ahead of time....never again.

  I frequent here when I'm in the area and need a quick bite to eat. The food always tastes good and it hits the spot!

  The service is bad here. The girl that always works alone you can tell is overworked and is the reason she is probably so rude. No smile, no customer service skills. I asked for a cup holder and she acted like it made her mad. I had 4 drinks… I guess if I had 4 hands it wouldn’t have been an issue .
