  Order food on patio to wait 30 minutes. Go inside and the young lady says sorry about the wait. Where's my food? Horrible customer service

  The simple fact I order a semi large order as I’m on vacation with family and we were hungry. Jersey does a spotless job so I had no other thought stopping by. The man who took my order was rude, rushed it and was not actually listening to the small request like extra Oreos for my pregnant sister. The simple burger with only ketchup had mustard and pickles. Thetropical heat was missing the toppings and white cheese. The shakes I asked for Reese’s and Oreo they came mixed and one Reese’s. I know it’s summer and extreme heat but the job still goes on. I spent 70$ for my entire order to be ruined. I called the manager had no compassion or care for my concern. Not even a remake on the shakes very poor hospitality. I waited like 30 mins and had no complaints until I got home and saw the mess I recieved.

  If my car had AC it would have been a perfect experience. The food was delicious 😋 the staff was very friendly and prices were affordable 👌 Thank you for a good experience.

  Worst experience ever nighy shift has no class the manager Decon says if they make ur drink wrong they can’t remake it only refund it I think that’s bs but it all worked in my favor system end up giving me my full refund for my full order ahahaha
