Worst Indian Buffet Experience I’ve Ever Had
I gave 1 star only because I couldn’t give zero stars or half a star. The only positive thing I can say is that the atmosphere is nice. Unfortunately, the food and service were extremely disappointing.
The buffet felt like a complete waste of money. They barely refilled anything—no meat, no curries, and very few actual food pieces available. We had to wait 30–40 minutes just to get food refilled, and even then, there were hardly any portions available. At times, the trays were basically just sauce with no meat or substantial food left.
There was also very poor service. I tried speaking with the manager about the situation, but nobody seemed to care or take the complaint seriously.
I paid for a buffet expecting a reasonable selection of food, but honestly, I don’t feel the food was worth even a dollar of what I paid.
This was easily the worst Indian buffet experience I’ve ever had. I would not recommend it. There are plenty of other Indian restaurants and buffets where you can spend your money and actually receive decent food and service.
Never coming back. Save your money and try somewhere else.
I've been twice so far, for the lunch buffet and the dinner menu. Both times were fantastic. Wonderful authentic Punjab cuisine. Balance of flavors and the levels of spiciness they recommended were spot on. The Mojito paired really well with the Lamb Marsala/rice and fresh Naan. Highly recommend checking out both lunch and dinner options.

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience.
The restaurant itself is large, clean, and initially gave us the impression that it would be a nice dining experience, but the service and food did not live up to that expectation.
We waited quite a while after being seated and had to repeatedly ask for very basic things. We requested lemon for our water and, even after about 30 minutes, it never arrived. There also seemed to be very little attention from the staff or effort to check in on us.
My mom ordered the lentil soup. Before ordering, we had asked if we could taste a small sample, but were told that everything is made fresh and that a sample was not available. That actually gave us confidence that the soup would be good.
Unfortunately, when it arrived, it tasted genuinely bad. We could not tell whether it was the oil being used or the lentils themselves, but there was an unpleasant taste that made it difficult to even take more than a sip.
At that point, combined with the lack of service and the fact that no one had really checked on us, we decided not to continue with the rest of our meal and left.
It was especially disappointing because the restaurant looks promising when you first walk in, but our experience unfortunately did not match the appearance at all.

Amazing! Good Indian food is rare where I now live so I requested it when visiting friends in the CU area. They suggested SangEat after having eaten there a few times. Another local friend recommends the lunch buffet (we dined in for dinner).
Fantastic food, attentive service, warm atmosphere, reasonable prices. Highly recommended!
The buffet is small, limited, and of course has some mild spice. If spice is an issue, this is a good first start. All items are clearly marked but unless you know what they mean, it is still going to be something you look up.
Seating is mostly tables and no immediate offering shows for smaller children.
The non alcholic drinks are smal, but tall, thin glasses that are refilled sparingly.
The staff are kind but some seem to have communication issues. And often took more than one person to answer a questtion.
Parking is freely available. Restrooms are clean. This seems like a reasonable place to go, with a slightly higher price tag for lunch, but easy to get full.
If you crave Indian food, this is not as big or as forthcoming as the previous establishments, but the staff is friendly.
You want something that is not the usual "run of the mill" chain, this might be your next "it" place.
As a hint: if you are new to this type of food, get rice to cut the spice. I'd give it a try and judge for yourself.
