- DGDenise GannonJun 29, 20262.0My husband and I live about an hour away from this Qdoba’s. We always stop at Qdoba’s when we are out of town as we don’t have one in our town. The girls behind the counter were extremely nice. The food was awful!!! My husband had steak nachos. The steak was very tough. I had the chicken nachos. My second bite of chicken had big fat on it. And I think the worst part was the nacho chips!!! They had old oil smell, and tasted awful!!! We ended up using our grocery chips we had at home. Neither of us ate the meat, we picked it out. My husband and I both said it didn’t have any flavor that other Qdoba’s have! Strange!!! I called several times to talk to a manager between 7-8pm, no answer. Today I called at 2:00 (thinking it wouldn’t be a busy time, and still no answer. I normally don’t do reviews when not happy with my food, but this was far too bad to ignore.

If an item is unavailable, she doesn’t let customers know—it just gets omitted without any explanation. I would appreciate it if the staff could inform customers when something is out of stock instead of leaving it out without notice.

We come back and it’s just being finished so we wait for a couple more minutes. The guy has a paperclip in his mouth the whole time and almost drops it in food which is disgusting and then we get home and find this. His nasty, used gloves in the same bag as our food. Needless as I’ve already stated, I was disgusted to find this. I think we’ll just start going somewhere else.

It’s 8:30 and you close at 9 so that’s not an exceptional excuse. On top we’re traveling back to Wisconsin, got off the highway to travel about 10 mins inland because my son who’s Autistic only eats certain foods and made a certain way. Also today happens to be Mother’s Day, just my luck😒
