He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and was genuinely one of the kindest people we’ve encountered. It’s rare to get that level of service these days. Tim truly made our experience 10/10!

I had both the chicago dog as well as the Italian beef Portills way, and it was as terrific as the service, and thats saying quite a bit. As a foodie I was very impressed with the whole restaurant.
