  Terrible service, terrible workers, and dirty environment. Location is always filthy and workers are extremely rude and lazy. They spend time laughing and walking around doing nothing, ignoring customers and DoorDashers until they feel like helping. Service is extremely slow. There is no McDonald's in the Urbana-Champaign area that is even a fraction as slow as this location. As a Dasher there are times where I have to wait 20+ minutes just for one small order.

  Every single time they have the heavy set black man at the front counter it is a hateful, rude atmosphere. He is snarky and ignores customers. Took him FOURTY MINUTES to acknowledge that an elderly lady needed her coffee refilled. She called for him more than 15 times, he literally ignored her. Then finally he looked at her and yelled "I GOT IT" at her and refilled her coffee. It is not busy at all. Maybe 5 or 6 orders went out in that 4o minute span. Many of us consider just leaving if we see him at the front counter. His attitude is vile and he should not be allowed to yell at customers. This is not a one time issue. This is every time he is there that we visit. We know right away that we will not be able to get any sauces bc he will get pissed or just totally ignore us for 20 minutes. This is not the job for someone who consistently acts this way. After he yelled at the lady I asked him his name. He refused to give it to me. Told me "ain't yo business" and ignored me. I never got several items I needed for my meal but trying to get them from him was impossible. We only go back bc the food is always fresh and when he isn't there, it's a decent environment. Literally one person's continued behavior is causing people to not want to visit this location anymore.

  Very dirty McDonald’s, trash everywhere, very rude employees (blamed me for someone taking my pickup order), got my order wrong multiple times
