    I go to this McDonalds all the time but today for some reason they wouldn’t fill my drink up all the way. I get the same order every day for my break. Never had an issue in fact it wasn’t filled before and the young lady fixed it without me even saying a word. I asked for a refund which they gave me instead of filling up my cup. Will not be going back. Such a shame

    McDonald's has really gone downhill! I only eat at McDonald's when traveling because they are always located near gas stations. When you order from the self service kiosk, it instructs you to take a placard to your table and wait for the staff to bring you your food. Most McDonald's don't actually do this. At this location, they yelled out my order. I yelled back that they are supposed to bring it to my table. They did but forgot my drink cup, so I still had to walk up there to ask for my drink cup. The fries were cold as a rock (photo included). The place was full of empty bags and trash everywhere (some photos included). Do better McDonald's!

    We came through the drive-thru on March 17, 2026 around 5:30 PM for an online order for a family of four. The manager, Quanttrell (who refused to provide a surname, stating 'Dont worry bout it'), was completely incompetent, unprofessional and detached.. I was shocked after I discovered that he was the manager and I remain highly skeptical of that claim. He had no clue what our order was and guessed it wrong three times despite the restaurant being nearly empty. ​When his confusion was addressed, he immediately became hostile and used profanity at the drive-thru window in front of my grandchildren. After I asked for a manager he stated that he was the manager and I expressed concern over that as I considered just cancelling the order for a refund. He then rudely stated he 'wasn’t going to deal with us' and ordered us to pull into a specific waiting spot, even though the other spots were empty and there was only one car behind us. ​He then sent the order out with several items missing. The employee who brought the food out was polite and professional. When I went inside the restaurant alone to retrieve the missing food, Quanttrell escalated his aggression even further, creating a volatile and hostile environment. ​The franchisee, Linders Limited LLC, is intentionally unreachable; the contact number provided on the drive-thru window is a dead end with a full mailbox. This store is a liability. I am filing formal reports with McDonald’s Corporate Integrity regarding this manager's conduct and the franchisee’s total failure of accountability.... update 4/15/2026. After the Better Business Bureau attempted to contact McDonalds twice regarding a formal complaint I filed the case was closed without a response from McDonalds. They have no problem attempting to manage their reputation on Google reviews, but failed after 30 days and two chances to respond to a legitimate BBB complaint... Step 3, escalate to regulatory agencies and authorities. This manager needs to be held accountable.

    Usually very quick for lunch and snack time haven't really came at dinner. When I've gone very friendly staff. Fresh food the times I have came.
