  Every time I come into this McDonalds they get my order wrong. Every time! And then when you go in to get it corrected, they still get it wrong! There must be $100 of forgotten stuff or wrong things in orders by now, as many times as I went here. Which makes the "going in and correcting bit" that much more frustrating.

  I forgot to ask for no ice and I asked them at the drive thru window if it was too late to request the drink with no ice since they already made it and they remade the drink with no ice. I was so appreciative of that

  Hard telling when they are "taking orders" I work early early mornings and have come here multiple times to be told "we're not taking any orders at this time" Update: at the speaker, in park, almost 5 minutes now, not a word other than the immediate auto mobile app prompt!! Even a "we'll be right with you" would be better.... no other options open this early or I wouldn't bother :( !!

  I've been harassed there for multiple years, I've been homeless in the area there since around 2022. I've taken a impersonal comments from other guests and the restaurant and were rude and sexually suggestive.

  Bad experience at this McDonalds. The customer service was rude and felt rushed and annoyed even though there was no one behind us. They forgot items in my order and did not provide a receipt.
